Seeing as the SUPER SALE has pretty much come to a stand-still, I’ll be cancelling it. Instead, I’ll be taking new, (hopefully) better photos, and simply reposting all of the items at a lower price than they originally were (most will be lower than they were during the SUPER SALE as well).
I do still very much need to get rid of all of these items, so once uploaded, they’ll be compiled into one large, master post, for better organization.
-First off, I’d like to apologize, again, for the unexpected absence. Things in my life tend to take random, crazy turns, and it results in me being unable to work on this account or things relating to it. Any artwork posted during this “leave” is done to help me relax in the bits of time that I get to. I won’t go into detail, because I know no one really wants to read it all, but I am sorry, but there will be times where I just disappear for a few days, or a week or two. I will always come back. If anyone needs to get in contact with me during these periods, feel free to email me. I’ll add my email address down below.
-One thing I will detail though, is my lack of camera. I don’t actually own a camera, and have to rely on my phone for any and all pictures that I take. My phone reached a point where it was unable to take decent pictures, and I had to wait until I was able to get another. I have that now though, and my sister helped me put together a “light box”, so I am able to take pictures again, and they should look much better than before.
-Layout; I am going to be playing around with the submission layout for a little while, until I find something I really like. I’m not particularly satisfied with what I have now, so I’ll be trying to find something that looks nice, but is still efficient.
-Shop; As I’ve posted before, I do have a StorEnvy shop set up, and will be, soon, posting up inventory and opening it to the public.
-Shipping; Before, shipping costs were complete guesswork on my part. I had no wait to predetermine exactly how much it would be to ship an item, which meant that I was losing money. Now though, I have in my possession, a certified USPS scale, meaning that I am able to weigh packages and give an exact shipping quote/time. This also means that all packages will have nice, pretty, labels. I will also now be able to get tracking numbers for EVERY PACKAGE, unless I am shipping out of the country, in which it is a case-by-case basis, depending on price. I try to get shipping/tracking costs down as cheap as possible, to save you guys money.
-Shipping Cont; Thanks to , I am now able to get better, cheaper, packaging, which will serve to keep your items protected during their transit, as well as reduce shipping costs. The new packaging is a ‘poly-mailer’, which is made of a material that will protect items from possible water damage.
-Thanks to some mighty good luck, I now have help! While my previous helped completely bailed on me, leaving me in a pretty weird position, I now have someone who will be coming over periodically, and assisting me in designing and creating new products. We’ll also be putting together a “catalog” of sorts, where we will be showing all “specialty” hats, that will be made to order, at a set price.
The Super Sale
-As far as the SUPER SALE goes, it will still be going on as long as I have the older items, because I really do need to get rid of them all. The sale DOES NOT apply to any new items, stickers, artwork, badges, keychains, etc.
-I will be working on seriously cutting down the time it takes me to finish commissions at this point. I never mean to take this long, but I’ll be pushing to set aside certain periods of time where I cannot be disturbed, so I can get these done quicker.
-I will still only have three slots open at once, at any given time, unless otherwise stated. Hats are tedious, and taking on too many at once would be more stressful than anything else.
-Prices will be changing, soon. I am still going to try and be fair, but I’m changing the way I calculate overall price quotes, to compensate for the time/materials. It won’t be a drastic change, don’t worry.
-Trades are indefinitely closed. Until I secure a job aside from this, I cannot afford to do trades of any sort. I’ll still keep the waiting list up, and if you don’t want to be on it, then I can remove your name. If you want to stay, that’s fine as well, but there’s no telling when I will really be able to get to it.
-I don’t typically do refunds, especially on SALE items or CUSTOM items. Now, if you order a PREMADE item, and there is something wrong with it, then I will be able to give a partial refund, depending on what it is. I don’t do exchanges unless you’re willing to pay for shipping. All hats are one-size-fits-most, and are averaged at about 23” around, but it’s fleece, so it can stretch.
-Examples being; if the item’s material is stained in some way. I check the items over, but sometimes, it does manage to escape me. Now, I will first off, tell you how to possibly, easily, remove it. If this cannot be fixed, I will ask for a picture of the damaged area, and will refund part of the amount you paid for it, to compensate for the damage.
-The exception to that is if the item you purchased was 5$ or less. All items that are typically that price are SALE items, and come with a warning. They are items that do not meet the standard of quality I prefer to have with my work. This means that the ears may not be even, they may be discolored in some way, or hey, maybe I just didn’t like how they came out.
-Pretty much, all of this is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Now that I do have a new, better phone (thanks to my brother), I am able to take better product photos. I also will get alerts to any email/facebook notification I happen to receive, which means I will be able to get back to you easier, if that is how you choose to contact me.
If you sent a note, and I haven’t responded, it means that I haven’t read it yet. I typically don’t open notes until I am able to answer them. I’m not ignoring anyone.
Also, in regards to the sketches from the sale boosters, I will be sending everyone their own, individual image later on today. I’ve already got them uploaded to dropbox.
